Coffee and banana bread at midnight

Grateful for:

  1. Receiving a whole heap of my stuff in the morning. Yay for an awesome motorcycle gear set (red Dainese leather 2 piece suit, Sidi boots, extra helmet and another jacket), rollerblades, a whole heap of personal development seminar folders and paperwork.
  2. Spending a very pleasant brunch at the greek cafe which we have been frequenting every day. Being upsold to a plate of orange&dill marinated trout instead of my usual salmon. Great to venture out and try new things but salmon is still my favourite.
  3. Pairing great food with great conversation.
  4. Implementing a TODAY to do list system. A list for today with only a few tasks on it.
  5. Setting Meditation as a repeatable daily task.
  6. Spending 3 hours reading Finding the Flow on the balcony.
  7. Spending the rest of the day at home knocking off to do items and bringing my inbox back to empty. Great feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction.
  8. Adding a cash account to my money tracking system to more accurately track all my expenses and restoring last 2 weeks worth of cash expenses from memory.
  9. Paying out all interest incurring debt. Ahhhhh, breath easier now.
  10. Catching up with a dear friend of mine I haven’t seen in 3 years. Having coffee and banana bread at midnight, talking about iphone apps and our poetry and 1000 other things of course.
  11. Visiting Bondi beach at night. It is very powerful. I have a sneaking suspicion that I have seen Bondi at night more often then during the day. Another one of my idiosyncrasies.
  12. Adding another place to my bucket list – Faroe Islands.
