Intensely magical weekend

Grateful for:

  1. Waking up at 6 am without an alarm.
  2. Hearing a compliment first thing in the morning that I was glowing.
  3. Doing my coaching home work right before coaching session. It’s like being back at school :)
  4. Having 2 cool guests in the house.
  5. Farewelling a housemate for 6 weeks. I am totally not grateful for that. But one positive would be to plan a trip up to hot QLD for a visit.
  6. Having the most amazing coaching session, addressing perturbations, clearing out negative beliefs, coming up with lots of business uniquenesses and then, the most amazing magic of all, I finally got the effect of NLP weaved master coaching. I came up with what occurred to me at the time as my own brilliant idea out of nowhere and I actually had to be shown how it was pre-programmed into me from the start of the first session. It’s incredible stuff and I can’t wait to see what else I can now come up with. Super empowering needless to say. Second session blew my socks off more than the first one which at the time totally impressed me also. Now I simply can’t wait for more.
  7. Going out for lunch with friends.
  8. Finally getting what the fuss with the waiters at Little Ox is all about. They ARE cute :)
  9. Getting a potato and leek soup and discovering only at the very end that it had bacon in it! Not wanting to complain in any way but simply to let them know they should really put that kind of stuff down on the menu, I actually ended up with free soup and some cakes thrown in.
  10. Noone actually wanted to eat cakes! It was definitely one of those moments where you realize how good of a company you keep.
  11. Picking up an awesome navy Italian fabric Country Road business suit in an op shop for $20. First time in 4 years owning a business suit. Woohoo!
  12. Taking the cakes to the Lomi Lomi massage lady from Qi.
  13. Having an incredible 2 hour ancient Hawaiian sacred technique massage, enjoying one of my birthday presents. Bliss.
  14. Buying a salt lamp to further zennify my room. I got totally addicted to the negative ions from the salt candle holder I had to was burning candles 24/7. To ease up on inhaling fumes and rapid consumption of tealights, this electric one should work wonders.
  15. Catching up with friends for a home cooked BBQ prepared by 2 gourmet chefs. Maybe not the best way to break a fast day but hey, since the potato and leek soup already contained bacon, a bit of sausage and lamb wouldn’t hurt ;)
  16. Thoroughly enjoying Fashion TV Victoria Secret show – that has got to be one of the few acceptable types of TV programs.
  17. Picking models apart on all other Fashion TV shows. They let some real scarecrows out on public television.
  18. Generally having fun discussing women’s body parts.
  19. Enjoying someone play didgeridoo… freshly made from a PVC pipe and some melted wax. Yes, seriously.
  20. Taking photos of the Sauces of the World book’s pages that caught my attention. Lots of recipes to try at home now and finally, after 1 whole year of preparing it, I find out that one of my favourite sauces Pesto is actually made with Parmesan!! Wtf?!.. It was funny but at least now I know.
  21. Woohoo! A 20 gratitude item day. This one day is really just a reflection of the whole weekend which was pretty intense but absolutely magical.
