Food coma

Grateful for:

  1. Freshly squeezed pineapple juice!!
  2. Cooking for hours this morning after yesterday’s fast. Oh it was amazing, time stopped and didn’t start again until I ran out of Tupperware containers to fill.
  3. A friend came by for lunch, we ate so much we both fell into food coma and snoozed for a couple of hours.
  4. Setting off to make a smoothie with frozen banana and strawberries but instead ending up with the most decadent frozen desert. Yummm!
  5. Attending an EFT seminar and watching first hand people’s aches, pains and decades of emotional hang-ups dissolve. Can’t wait to learn it!
  6. Participating in clever negotiations.
  7. Witty and intelligent FB banter. Love my friends.
  8. Oh no, it’s that time again! For the first time in days I am stuck for things to write before I reach 10. Celebrating the fact that for so many days there were always more than enough things on my mind to be grateful for.
  9. My days are filled with delicious conversations and all sorts of connections. It feels so awesome, and I don’t even mind how quickly the withdrawal symptoms set it. I think I got to go learn to be an extrovert now.
  10. Having totally stuffed Internet connection for days now and it not bothering me a single bit. Am I enlightened or something?.. lol 🙂
