Workshop frenzy

Grateful for:

  1. Does it mean I live totally in the moment if I can not recall what I did 2 days ago without looking at my calendar to kick start the remembering process? Or should I start doing memory enhancement exercises? Or is it just telling me that I need to write this at the end of the day every day and not try to restore 2 weeks worth of lifestyle goodness in one sitting.
  2. Polina in overdrive mode – 2 workshops simultaneously in one day! Morning at one, afternoon at the other, then back to the first one in the evening.
  3. Learning a very important distinction about goal setting. First we all ask “What?”, but then where majority asks “How?” and gets stuck or focused on only one How? thus discarding millions of other possibilities, the right thing to do is to ask “Who?” and let the Who? work out the How. Brilliant! Thank you Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics principles for this and other revelations of the day.
  4. Now I understand why I can’t help anyone get where I am in life with my advice. Still don’t know how to help, but at least understanding why it was falling on deaf ears up until now helps.
  5. Learning how to carry on endless conversation and never run out of things to say when meeting a new person while at the same time qualifying them.
  6. Learned components of flirting. Next week a more in depth look. OMG so excited I can finally learn how to flirt, wooohoo!
  7. Writing up my ideal life in 5 years snapshot as an exercise. How cool is it that it’s almost identical to my current life?! :) Only missing kids and motorcycles in every country plus some necessary internal shifts of perception. Working on it…perceptions that is, not the kids.
  8. Meeting some really awesome people! Aside from new people awesomeness, also great to note that even though I am attending the same types of workshops I have attended 6 years ago, the quality of people I end up meeting shifts up to reflect my acceptance of my own awesomeness. To keep pushing that bar I  guess next step is to embrace my own divinity…
  9. Putting up Christmas tree at home! And we already got some presents under it. Yeepee!
  10. Getting recommendations for other courses I want to do… workshop frenzy never stops!
