Nangai nut milk (latte)

Super easy to make like all nut milks – I take about a tablespoon of nangai nuts and blend with a cup of hot water. Then strain or use as is with some texture. Add to your coffee or chai or tea for a subtle nutty flavour.

You can do this with pretty much any seed or nut, or oats or even rice. And save yourself a lot of money compared to buying expensive store bough sugar loaded varieties.
