Made the most amazing marinated steak the other day with none other than coffee grinds. I frequently refer to this list of marinate ideas and surprisingly that day I had on hand everything for the Weidner’s marinate. Weird as it sounds, the results were sensational.
I cooked two steaks thinking to keep one in the fridge for later and slice it up into a salad for lunch the next day, but it was so good I ate both steaks.
Grilled pineapple is one of my favourite sides. I usually have with on top of my porkchop of that Hawaiian flavour – on steroids. But with any meat its is pretty delicious. I cook mine in the same pan together with my steak and let all the juices mingle together for even better flavour.
