Life in a carry-on

Grateful for:

  1. Buying a portable blender stick/food processor so now I can take it with me and create delicious raw foods and drinks anywhere in the world. Such liberation. Together with my portable monitor I am slowing assembling a portable minimalist “life-in-a-bag”. Better yet “life-in-a-carry-on”.
  2. Making tahini from sprouted sesame seeds… Interesting… adding some carob powder and honey turning it into a raw nutella version. Yummy!
  3. Making 3 different dips today.
  4. Discovering that the stove where I am staying has a dehydrator function built in. Oh joy, the first batch of flax-seed crackers and apple chips are in for the night.
  5. Doing another in depth self assessment test. My psychological self-portrait is getting more and more clearer, and dare I say, more and more beautiful by the day.
  6. Discovering the blog article subscriptions I never have time to read are always synced to my phone so I can snatch one or two while I am forced to wait.
  7. Loving life as it unfolds for me in all its infinite glory.
  8. Having Notes from the Universe book to read when one daily note just ain’t enough.
  9. Constantly thinking of ways to streamline my day and coming up with ideas to do it.
  10. Singing up for 120 day Silva intuition training program starting 1st of June. Can’t wait.
  11. I love how I cook absolutely intuitively and more often than not it actually tastes good!
