30 day challenge day 1

Grateful for:

  1. Committing to a 30 day challenge of keeping a gratitude journal. One would think that having kept it for 3 months before would instill it asĀ  a habit but apparently not so, habits are lost as easily as they are made if we are not careful. So here I am, tired and sleepy but grateful for writing my gratitude.
  2. Having a paradigm shifting conversation. For the first time in a long time the subject of examination was me and not the other person, which is an interesting experience in itself. The resulting paradigm shift was just an icing on the cake. Thank you!
  3. Having a great life coaching focused skype meetup with the lovely CGW peeps. Getting new and different ideas and insights into the way I can help people.
  4. Going for a long walk outside in the snow.
  5. The absence of any sort of attraction in this town. Since there is no one particular thing to see, the eyes and the mind open up and see everything and everything seems magical.
  6. Buying a pot flower to keep me company, his name is Get Mee (no joke, the label say so). It is lovely and fits right in at the table with my laptop, pile of fruit and teapot.
  7. The ease and incredible time savings afforded by raw diet – now there is only 1 section of the store to visit and I can skip all the other isles.
  8. Having raw butternut squash and cherries for dinner – one of the many weird taste adventures of raw diet.
  9. Feeding my tea addiction. Could not resist buying 2 packs today and both proved to be yummy: mint/chocolate oolong turned out to be divine and Celestial Seasonings tisane variety pack is a proven Polina-pleaser.
  10. Grateful for finally opening up the pack of philosopher’s notes book summaries, so many wonderful goodies inside. Listened to 80/20 principle and Rumi’s Daylight summaries which was an amazing way to start the day.
  11. I am grateful for being really open.
