Beautiful sounds of traditional Japanese flute

Grateful for

  1. Attending a Japanese flute concert in a small underground artsy bar (www.urbanguild.net). Live music was simply amazing.
  2. Attending free meditation seminar in English and experiencing the magic of a designated meditation room – the vibration in the room and the monks present made it an unforgettable experience.
  3. Hearing the monks talk about alpha and thetha waves, mind power of manifesting and connection to the universe. Another proof that this knowledge is universal and not simply thought up by New Age gurus.
  4. Visiting the tea house on the 6 floor again to have tasty matcha and matcha deserts.
  5. Meeting and talking to an expat photographer living here for close to 20 years.
  6. Buying an awesome software ArtRage for my new UMPC to draw on screen like on paper to practice my sumi-e and doodling on the go.
  7. Having a warm day for a change – no hat and gloves, up to 17’C.
  8. Grateful for my phone and Japanese mobile network that allows me to receive and reply to emails on the go providing me amazing freedom and lifestyle.
  9. Singing songs out loud all the way from town while going home.
  10. Being inspired to restart my meditation practice.
